As Lead Direct Service Provider, Jennifer Thompson has been helping those with autism and intellectual disabilities to live their “life of possibilities” at SPIN since June of 1998.  For more than 20 years, Jennifer has developed a career that focused on direct services to adults in group home settings.   She has worked at several CLA (Community Living Arrangement) homes for both men and women.   Her specialty is helping residents become more independent and become part of their communities of choice.  Jennifer’s work life is based in caring and respecting every person and making sure the supports they need are available when a safety net is needed.

Jennifer became a flex staffer, working at all of Spin’s homes, day and night.
