Evelyn Morales started working at JEVS in 1998 and is the Lead Placement Counselor at the agency.  Her background in Marketing and Sales helped her land the position of Job Developer with the Greater Philadelphia Works program. During these 23 years she has held positions as Community Liaison for Project Promote, Job Developer with MPP and Lead Placement Counselor with Work Ready and Work Ready SNAP. Evelyn’s strength has been in developing contacts with employers and community service sites for job readiness and employment.   She enjoys the work that enables people to live more independently and achieve economic stability.  Jennifer credits the support she received at JEVS for creating an environment where the employees and clients truly matter.  Morales says her most rewarding experience on the job has been approaching local businesses and individuals to secure funding for sponsored events like the JEVS Job & Health Fairs, which further benefit the welfare of her clients.  Everyday, she truly exemplifies the JEVS slogan, “Making Hope Happen”.
